Valensei Birmans is the cattery of David and Andrea Allport from Auckland, New Zealand.  We have been registered with the New Zealand Cat Fancy since 1991 when we began breeding Seal Point and Blue Point Birmans from pure lines.  We breed for health, temperament and nature and ensure that our kittens are placed in homes where they will be loved, looked after and appreciated for the joy they bring to their human companions.

Our love of Birmans began in 1988 when we obtained Moet, our first Birman (a Seal Point neuter), and joined the Birman Cat Club of New Zealand.  We began to show Moet and so began our heavy involvement with the Birman Cat Club.  We were thrilled when we were recognised for our many years of service to the club, by receiving the honour of becoming the club's youngest Life Members.
